GENERAL
How long do fake botanical last?
Artificial botanical can last for long period of time and will vary with maintenance.
Are they suitable for outdoor?
It is not recommended to be put under direct sunlight or harsh weather as this prolong its life. Even with UV proof products we do not guarantee how much longer they last outdoor compared non UV coated products.
How do I look after my artificial botanical?
You can use a soft blow hair dryer if they get dusty. And use a clean cloth or purchase artificial plant cleaners to wipe down the plastic components. No hash chemical should be used as this will discolour & damage your product.
DELIVERY
Where do we ship to?
We currently only ship Australia Wide. Unfortunately we do not delivery to PO boxes.
When will my order be dispatched.
Once we receive cleared funds for your order and confirmed delivery address instructions, we will organise dispatch within 24-48 hrs, delays for peak periods or custom made to order items.
Pick up available?
Unfortunately, we don't offer pickups from our warehouse.
How will I know when an item has been shipped?
Once your items have been shipped out, an email will be sent with a tracking number along with the couriers tracking website. Tracking update could take 24-48 hrs to update accurately so please be patient if you tracking is not showing. If after 48 hrs it still doesn't work get in touch and we will investigate further.
Can I make special delivery instructions?
Yes, when entering your delivery information there is a section you can add " authority to leave". Please note instructions can only be basic and not arrange specific delivery times or dates. As we use a third party carrier therefore it is out of our control on how their daily delivery schedules operates.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping to all major metro suburbs, if remote country post code are encountered, we will contact you immediately to update you with freight cost to that location or option for you to pick up at a metro depot location. Bulky item can attracts addition fees.
Damaged in Transist.
Unfortunately items are occasionally damaged in transit. If that is clearly visible, you should take photo or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery & contact us immediately.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all barcode labels suitable for resell purpose.
Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted us via email with approval of acceptance to do so.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* signs of item being manipulated for styling & used.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@glamorousfusion.com.au
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Return shipping is at buyers responsibility.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product once approved, we will email you instruction where to return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is advisable to purchase shipping insurance using a trackable service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
